AI Medical Scribe Pricing Guide 2026

Pricing for AI medical scribes falls into three patterns: per-clinician monthly subscriptions, plans with monthly note caps, and enterprise contracts negotiated with a sales team.

Published examples, checked September 21, 2026 on each vendor's own page: Freed lists Starter at $39 per month (up to 40 notes), Core at $79 per month and Premier at $104 per month billed annually ($119 monthly). Heidi lists Free, Clinician and Practice plans but did not state monthly prices on the page we checked. Suki and Abridge did not publish pricing on their homepages. Prices change often, so verify before deciding.

MD Record AI publishes: Pro at $19 per month with 20,000 tokens and Enterprise at $49 per month with 60,000 tokens, each starting with a 7-day free trial (card required, 5,000 tokens during the trial). Custom templates, macros and PDF export are on Pro and above. Usage is counted in tokens, which grow with recording length and note complexity.

Because models differ (notes, tokens, unlimited), the fair comparison is your real month: how many visits, how long, and which features you need. A cheap plan that caps notes below your volume is not cheap.

Also count what is missing: EHR integration, coding, additional languages or team management may sit in higher tiers or not exist at all.
