Every note MD Record AI generates is a draft. The treating clinician reviews, edits and signs it before it becomes part of the patient record.
How MD Record AI works
- Record the visit live in your browser, or upload an existing audio file.
- The audio is transcribed with speaker labels, and speaker roles (clinician and patient) are identified.
- The transcript is turned into a note using a built-in template (SOAP, H&P, follow-up, procedure note, consult letter and others) or your own custom template.
- You review and edit the draft, then save it, or export it to PDF on a paid plan.
