AI for Medical Records: Create Each Visit Note Faster

For most physicians the slowest part of the medical record is the visit note. MD Record AI uses AI to draft that note from the recorded conversation, in your template, and keeps notes organized by patient. It is not an EHR: you copy or export the finished note into your record system.

Where AI helps in the medical record

  • Drafting the visit note from a live recording or an uploaded audio file.
  • Structuring it into SOAP, H&P, follow-up, procedure notes or consult letters.
  • Keeping sections consistent from visit to visit, because the note follows the template you pick.
  • Pulling the title, patient name and specialty from the conversation, all editable.

What MD Record AI does not do

It does not replace your EHR and does not currently list a direct EHR integration. Transcription is English-only.

Every note MD Record AI generates is a draft. The treating clinician reviews, edits and signs it before it becomes part of the patient record.

Keeping notes organized

Saved notes are tied to patients and organized in folders. Copy a finished note into your EHR, or export it as a PDF on Pro and Enterprise.

Privacy and security

Each account can only access its own notes and patient records. Read the privacy policy for how data is handled, and confirm your own compliance requirements before using any tool with patient data.

Frequently asked questions

Can AI write medical records?

AI can draft the clinical note that becomes part of the record. The treating clinician must review, edit and sign it; the AI draft is not the final record.

Does MD Record AI integrate with my EHR?

Not directly at the moment. Copy the finished note into your EHR, or export a PDF on Pro and Enterprise.

Is it secure enough for patient records?

Our safeguards are described in the privacy policy. Compliance is a joint responsibility, so review it against your own obligations and contact us with questions about agreements.
